Hand vascularity can be accomplished in young men with low body fat through strenuous arm exercise. The vascularity can appear in as little as six weeks. I agree with you that Dylan has not been working his upper body long enough, and he lacks the muscularity and definition in his arms to support this level of hand vascularity.
I understand what L&P is trying to do. He is speed-maturing Dylan before our very eyes. It is true that teen boys can grow as much as 12 inches in a year, and can put on 15-20 pounds of muscle during this growth spurt. However, Dylan has had less than a month to accomplish the astonishing maturity we have witnessed so far. I suppose we have to just suspend our disbelief if we are to continue reading this story.

actually going to the movies in theory offers fabulous sexual opportunities. Especially these days when, at least in Europe, theaters are always half empty and the possibility of privacy is at a maximum level. The problem here is that L&P made Sophia wear jeans. A sensible girl who thinks she can have sex in the evening wears a skirt, not pants. We'll see...

This is actually not too farfetched. I like it. He did say in some QnA that he wanted to introduce a Sophia/Dylan/Ellie threesome but wasn't sure how. If your theory is correct it would be the seed of that option, and it would fit narratively because it would mirror the party scene of the previous PD where Ellie spies on Dylan and Christine (Sophia/Dylan BJ confirmed, then?) and it would make Ellie's cameo as shown in the teaser have a pay off at the end of the update.

Didn't you have to choose between Ellie's sleepover party and taking Sophia on a date the previous night? They are exclusive events right? Wouldn't that possibly exclude this whole romantic path with Sophia to the movies in the upcoming event?

I agree that in the movie MILF Hunters, the option arises where Dylan is more aggressive and active with Sophia, and the carrot man Sophia is more aggressive and active with Dylan swallowing his carrot. But from what I see, they will watch the movie MILF Hunters.
