The Dev is German and lives in Switzerland... The time there, Germany or Switzerland is UTC, (GMT) +2... This should end the questions on release time, as everyone can do the math based on thier own time zones in the world.

I wish the update could exeed 15 minutes of gameplay. It would have looked good if it had took 2-3 months of work. There is not pentration sex with MC being even expected after 9 years of development. LP has been deprived from the patreon for complaints from his patrons.

Updates go longer with LP, if you read the text, there are loads and loads of em in this game.
