The easiest and best way to get all Dylan's (everyone's points) points is to read the Walkthrough. You can also DL it, and extract it to the folder that holds the .exe file. Click it to check out at your leisure.

I thought I had the same problem. In fact, what you need to do (after getting all the 20 points available up till then with Dylan) that same day is not stay to watch Dylan's game, but leave to see the girls. Dylan will then kiss his mom on the lips before she leaves, making it possible to have that 21rst point, as she reacts ok with it (actually its indicated in the walkthrough available in the download on this thread).
