In the Dylan's part 2, Sophia and Dylan ends up in the jacuzzi that we have seen the teaser. Is it another one where Sophia and Sam has been played? Do they have two different hot jacuzzi in the backyard?

I hope that this event will be as valueable as Dylan/Sophia, since it is an alternative to it. Also, it's Christine/Ellie but also Dylan is involved, which I think could make for a lot of interesting possibilities. But I don't think L&P will open another lesbian path here. To me, Christine seems to be more of a chrakter to help move the progress forward between Dylan/Ellie, as she shows interest in Dylan (even already have a BF) and thus opens a new perspective on Dylan for Ellie. It could be that L&P takes this further and use this update to strengthens the connection between Dylan and Ellie. Since Dylan, similar to Sophia path, has also already played a protective event for Ellie, a greater progression could well be possible here. We will see, but ultimately this event can have a lot of potential if L&P takes advantage of it.
No, I think the Christine story line is very important for Dylan/Ellie and should not be left out.It would be even better if he excludes Ellie/Christine aswell and continue with Sophia story.
Christine is alright but i hope it's possible to have something with Ellie instead.
It's been so long i barely remember, but last we saw Ellie-Dylan she was starting to soften up and like her little brother, who knows what's gonna happen at this party? Maybe she gets jealous, they get dared... and things escalate.
There i go creating expectations of something beyond the bare minimum...
Is it just me that sees the Steam launch as premature? The game has just started with the mid game and not much has happened yet except for teasing (beside the good wife path).
What also puzzles me is how much time this Steam launch will cost. If that's more than 2-3 weeks, then I don't think it's a good idea. Also, I wonder what steam's policy is for this type of game. Does AWAM go through there, or does L&P have to work with the Landlady preplacement there as well.

The progress rate is meaningless, because L&P already said the release date.

But it's meaningful in the sense that that release date is based upon that progress rate.

Christine is the one that "stole" a potential scene for Sophia/Dylan.
And Amber did that too.
To be fair the ones from the line below always go faster than the rendering ones.
I wouldn't say their progress has been anything special.
It also brings to the forefront his ability to "not multitask", you only start doing translation after you complete rendering? That doesn't sound like an efficient use of time.
My son learned how to walk since the last update....
I think the Steam launch has already soaked up Many hours of preparation time - like time he could have spent on this current event but instead spent working on Steam/the remaster of content for Steam.
I don't see a reason to go with the Landlady/tenant ruse as that is just to soothe the PC police at Patreon. - the old 'wink wink, nudge nudge, grin grin' nothing incestuous to see here Mate...
I'm not even curious if this is just an attempt at a $ grab or also some form of validation to see how AWAM will compare with some of the great Steam successes like Being A DIK.

I'm certain that a Steam release is just another excuse/reason for some of the recent slowdown in development of AWAM.
I think AWAM is the first AVN on Steam that I will not at least wishlist because of how disingenuous L&P has been to current and former supporters.
So - where will the cutoff for the Steam release be?
I think it's the end of the current PD.
IF we see Dylan get some kind of physical release from Sophia - it's not because it was originally part of the story - it's because L&P needs to show something significant to help lure people into buying AWAM on Steam.
I think he gets one shot at Steam this decade.
Given the Very slow development time, a second Steam release, containing let's say 5 more PDs, would not be available for another 12+ years (using the current development time of 2.5 years/PD) so no Steam update until the mid 2030's.
I'll close by abusing a song that comes to mind - an oldie but goodie, In the year 2525:
In the year 2525, if AWAM is still alive
Will we have reached PD 29?
Will L&P still tell us everything is fine?

I've always wondered why people say this developer started Steam work.
If the developer ever said yes, I'd like to know too.
Including his lazy nature and emotional handling, I can't believe he started Steam work because he said he needed to get an employee in advance for Steam work.
The reason his game development is delayed is because he always did.
Even at 0.185, he changed the uploading date almost 3 times.
0.190 Even now, almost 2 or 3 upload dates have changed.
In the beginning, I remember that some people were certain that the game would be uploading in late July or early August, and later some of the conversations with the developer were made public.
And the date was changed to mid-August (not sure if it was official or not), and now it has been changed to the end of August.
This developer is such a person.

The developer repeatedly delayed development and people complained.
The developer then got angry and saying people didn't care that he was working alone, and people suggested that he hire someone.
Then he said that he was looking for an employee, but that he couldn't allow his 'work of art' to be touched by a normal person, and that he was looking for a high-level worker instead, 'for several years'.
(He also said he couldn't hire high-quality workers because they were expensive.)
Then he recently said that he planned to sell this game to Steam in order to hire staff to help develop this game (Patreon), and that game (Patreon) uploading would be suspended for the time being and that he would also hire someone to help with the Steam work.
So I laughed and said, "He rejected people's offers to hire staff to develop games for various reasons, and now he says he'll hire staff to hire staff."
FYI, I'm thinking Steam work as a negative factor because his words are not persuasive at all to me.
