I don't give a shit about the number of renders. Can be 5, can be 5000. As long as the story progresses(this is a visual novel afterall) properly then that is good. Previous update for example didn't have that much progression for Sofia but mostly Ellie and some Dylan. This however did alot for Sofia's character which is the important part.

Again, this is a visual novel, sex doesn't equal content nor should a visual novel be based on how much sex there is.

I see JOHN getting mentioned alot and it is a good VN but the amount of sex in that game does nothing for the story which is meh really.

Most dev's are from countries where the 4k euros have way more value than in Germany. Most people on this thread seem to not understand that.He isn't getting the full $4700 of course. He'll probably lose a percentage to Patreon. He'll lose a percentage moving the money from his payout processor (eg. PayPal) to his bank account. He earns over $10k/year so has to pay income taxes which can be substantial in Western Europe. That leaves maybe $3000. In euros that's €2600. That's about one to one and a half times the minimum income. That's awfully little for someone who is self employed and doesn't get a traditional salary.
He's creating something that involves a community. That's arguably a stress inducing factor. I'd go as far as to say he has just enough to live his life and makes the game for free, essentially.
So, instead of stopping your pledges, increase them

(and i dont like JOHN because its just a fuck orgy)
over here i see nothing of all - no real progression, less content and not even one real sex scene (that prude subject does not even have sex with her husband on the good wife path once since 15 days, and i bet there will be much more days without - how silly)
So why include a 'filthy route' if the dev does not plan to introduce any 'filthy' content?
Surely 'mildly inappropriate' would have been less misleading than filthy.

There is tho. We got 30 days of story here and we are day 10-11 so not even half way and the story is getting more and more filthy. I understand if people think that it is a slow pace and again, different stroke different people but the dev has been open about that since day 1 that it will have a slow pace and that ain't changing.
Two many guys in this update!!?? there's too many guys and gals in the whole game to the point I think that bye the end of the game when the dev will put some hot scenes, every body will jump on every body and the game will become a ridiculous sex market. Actually I doubt the story was already written long ago as dev said. introducing 6 characters (all men. 2 masseurs, 3 guys from the sauna and the janitor) in only a half update is simply stupid. unless the dev is stretching the game to death in order to make it last 30 playable days (few years) as promised. And in this same vision he's ridiculing his game by embedding unrealistic and comic situations (janitor's ridiculous deal and sauna scene where allowing three guys to show their penis and the surprising slutty mind of Elie). Actually the dev don't give a shit to make "a realistic and quality oriented game" as promised in the beginning. because since he realized he can make a good amount of money, he only thinks of making his game last as long as possible by putting garbage to fill it. and in the end he will lose himself in his own combination and will be forced to rush things and align his game at the same level with other stupid games. But at that point he will have made a lot of money and he will not care what people think.I was also disappointed with this. The author said,there we meet important character for Ellie and Sophia storyline, and he turned out to be a guy.And too many guys in this update. Even in the girls event.
So guys can anyone comform that this save work with previous saves and has no bugs? then I would download it and don't spoil any content

I doubt even several time Pulitzer winner can make a story progress with 5 renders in porn game.
Do you even realise that with this speed we will need 7-8 more years before the game end.Let's be honest he will drop it long before that.
It's just day 8 not 10-11.

The pace isn't the problem, the teasing is fantastic. The amount of content delivered per two months update for 9000$ is a joke!
So what you are suggesting is that this particular dev has chosen to adopt the 'carrot on a stick route' - keeping his/her patrons hanging on for as long as humanly possible before any real content is released, in order to squeeze every last penny out of them?
Slow is one thing, a year of development and not even a sniff of sexual content is quite another.
I'm so glad I decided not to support this dev.
I do wish the dev would make it clearer when people might expect the usual 'payoff' in games like these. I am totally for the world building, and providing a 'realistic' scenario which might make Sophie turn whore. But now we have nearly everywhere she goes, everything she does teased as a temptation: school, subway, second job, spa/sauna, museum. Literally everywhere she has gone has included overt temptations. Either she would be used to this (stunning woman who always gets hit on), or she might reflect what a weird sequence of events this has been. On the plus side, once the damn breaks there will be sex everywhere; on the down side, this game has been around since at least Oct 2017 with one BJ to its credit in the meantime. There is no way the dev couldn't expect some blowback.

I am of two minds on this: I know that when the payoff hits, it will be well worth it, but also am starting to give some credence to the patron-soaking thread.
