You need to be on the Ellie/Dylan route then you tell her to dump him after he cheats on her. I'm not sure how to get that route but I think you have to not remember to lock the bathroom door early in the game so Ellie walks in on Dylan. Someone else can probably be more specific. Then of course you need to be on the Ellie/Sophia route but not sure how many points are required.
He's going back to the older Sophia model too.

That's the problem with kid actors... they grow in real time even though the show/series/game they're in only covers a few weeks or months. I mean look at the kid who plays Homelander's son on the Boys he grew like a foot and a half and started shaving in between seasons even though in the show only a few months had passed.
