You are right, he is Neil. In the Halloween party there were the Parker (Sophia, Ellie, Dylan and Liam), the Robinson (Sam, Julia, Amber and Neil), Alyssa and Zac, and Patricia. It's logical.
I think Jason is Logan as Ellie's boyfriend. It's the same hair and body.


The question is Mike Myers.
3 possibilities: Tyler as Logan and Ellie's friend, Carl the Patricia's husband, or Mike as himself.
The body looks more Tyler becouse Carl is stronger, but I'm not sure.
