the guy already earn roughly $100,000 through he patreons subscriptions which are untaxed and without the patreons cut... but thats just an estimate considering we dont know how many 1$ subs and higher subs there are exactly.
Feels untrustworthy when he is collecting a one time donation goal for a long time hire.
Add to this that he claims it will be a larger project, meaning it will take longer anyway. It's not as if he would now release 0.500 next month if he hires this guy.
As a developer he needs to understand that this game is a business. He hasnt changed his output in years. While it's "part 2" he is only at 0.220 from presumably 1.0. Why would anyone support this when it takes him a decade to finish it? He needs to invest to attract. instead of releasing 0.005 per month, he should focus on 0.05 that it is worth while to return to this VN on a monthly basis.
Like no one gives a fuck about a 3 minute update with Dylan licking her nipple in the car. that's just a waste of everyones time and i can look up some porn and get the same result.

Now you have to admit that's a decent cross section... I only post to get people thinking outside of the box...
He's backed himself into a corner with a rigid in game day by day schedule, that loosely pulls together some semblance of a plot.
Which normally wouldn't be too
bad, but He's doing each update scene by scene rather than day by day, with a bunch of filler dialogue. I suspect exists just to stall and please the actual paying supporters that for some bizarre reason like the story and expect him to stick to this plan he's laid out.
Which mental note, if I ever develop a game to never give out hints about the plot line, because the autists in this forum will piece together everything like some P. I. on crack.

Can't agree more... IMHO L&P should throw out his script and start a new... The biggest problem this has (Ok apart from what everyone is complaining about) Is that the plot for every day is known... L&P.. Mate.. flip the script and no more teasers... its going to be unpopular here (But I'm not winning friends here anyway..
so I will just say it), but this will give you the ability to surprise players for a change... You have to keep the fans guessing mate... Just saying...

Am I missing something? L$P say for Dylan that the "evening had in store and nothing would ever be the same again afterward". So did he will see his mom with other men or he will be the men...and what is the special new from the sister hummm...
