Fun Fact: Dylan even if he's paired up with Emma will cheat on her with Christine if you do the party event I had to skip forward but I couldn't find any Emma related dialogue yet. It's pretty surprising since Dylan isn't someone I'd see as a cheater. I should have checked if there was any unique dialogue with Christine and her foot in the cafe but ah well its a lot to re-read through. I assume this is like Sophia when it came to her maid and how its possible to do a Good Wife route but still "cheat" in a way however with Dylan this is full blown oral and not a suggestive massage. But to give Dylan some credit he's not "officially" with Emma but its very obvious for both of them.
You are talking about a boy who is trying to get it on with multiple girls at once including his own mother and sister.
Dylan who was introduced to Emma will not only cheat with Christine but he will fool around with Amber and hit on Marie. The idea that he's somehow more than a horny teen trying to stick his dick in every available hole is simply misguided.

Dylan is not in a committed relationship. Amber and Marie are not on the same path. Dylan is going to date many woman and only after getting into a committed relationship if he goes after another woman then it's cheating.

Dylan is 100% someone who would cheat his backside off though. He's actively trying to make his mom cheat on his dad... with himself. He's also going after his best friends mom, and several others. He has no sense of morals about cheating or anything else.
But there's not a single character in this game that isn't a would be or literal cheater. Honestly, Emma was one of the few who wasn't like that. Maybe that's why LP decided to remove her path.

The game has very much portrayed Sophia introducing Emma to Dylan and those two subsequently hitting it off as beginning of dating/relationship. Now, if that route got actually scratched, then the game makes poor job cancelling that development, which leaves Dylan looking very much like someone who's hitting on every woman around while dating another.
Even without this development, there's nothing in Dylan's behavior in general that'd suggest he's even interested in exclusive relationship, much less capable of staying in one.

its also worth mentioning that in the choice of who's the prettiest it changes this one line. Thought that was pretty funny since the baring effect is so minor
