This is a game with a story that revolves around a woman's many, many temptations to be unfaithful to her husband (with her son, with other friends, with her sister, with her gym buddies, with her students, etc). Sophia is the only character that is present for the majority of the content. Why would Dylan be the POV character for Sophia having fun with her gym buddy, or with some students she tutors (that Dylan has never met)?
That wouldn't be changing the POV character for the content, it would be completely wiping out and replacing all of the content.
