Because SubscribeStar has begun imposing the same restrictions. One dev's game that I follow recently posted in his Discord that all of the creators there have received waenings about the changes. Like any other Western business, they start out with loose rules, draw a lot of people in then "change" the rules in compliance, even though the rules were in place when they started. All of these businesses are like that. When they hit a certain financial target, they begin pulling the rugs out from under the consumers.
