I don't think he hates the thread itself, but the bunch of non-paying, pirating and complaining children making this whole thread toxic.

To be fair, L&P did themselves no service by making some rather poorly thought out statements, in particular taking shots at other developers.

And in the defense of the game, L&P mostly talked about how the action couldnt be sped up because the focus was on the slow build, which is fair.

BUT, completely ignored the fact that the vast majority of the criticism is not about the pace of the game's plot, but the pace of the game's development. And when full days became half days, and half days may become quarter days, and the time between continues to grow, that criticism also seems fair.

My own personal opinion is that they did not present themselves very well, probably realized it, then deleted the posts.

BTW we will get another new character in 1 or 2 updates from now.So another story to follow.At least I hope he knows his lesson and won't add new blackmail routes outside the ones we already have.

I think it bothers him that not everyone in this forum is willing to feed his ego with praise. Also, it's not that we miss much, if he usually came to boast of his "perfection" and to belittle the work of other developers. He also came with his endless excuses trying to explain why each update takes longer and longer. And at the end he ended up deleting his comments because at least he had some integrity and noticed how pretentious his comments were.

Maybe you already catched it, I'm going to split the next update in two part. So the next version will be 0.0775 (not 0.08) and will contain the "beach-event" and the little "Sam-event" afterwards. So if you aren't in one of these storylines you can skip it.
The whole beach event turned out to be even morne elaborate than I expected. It's the most elaborate event so far and I had to rewrite, create and plan more than ever. So this whole event will have around 230 renders from which 14% are extra renders for Sophia's different bikini versions! I'll finish it today or tomorrow and then start with the next much smaller one. As soon as I'm finished with it I'll announce a release period.
And there will still be one teaser before the release of 0.0775!

This guy is not perfect, but he is doing EXACLY what he said he will, and the story unfolds exacly as he said it would, not slower, not faster (in terms of story, not development time), exacly as he said it would.

Now - do am I sure that I am going to like where this story will take us in the end ? I dont know. No one can know untill we get there. Maybe I will be greatly dissapointed, maybe not. But so far everything is going exacly as he promissed it will be.
For focks sake - he game us detailed list of all events we would be getting in next 4 playable days - and 2,5 days of that list are done exacly as show back then.

Thats why I support that guy - I KNOW he had a plan for the whole game done at the very begining, and for like 2 years now he stayed true to that original plan - and I respect that greatly.

Thats why I know that this game isnt cheap scam for money, where dev is stalling for time to milk the money before he quits.

But sure, I get that you are affraid about this beeing another failed game.
There are 100 ways this can go wrong in the end - regardless if the Author had genine intentions when he started the project or not.

He might simply grow tired of making this and drop it compleatly without saying goodbye.
The game can get too much attencion from wrong people and Patreon can block it.
Hell, the game might turned out to be stupid in the end after all, and people will abandon it.

But these are only possibilities. Most fail, but some do deliver.

But I also see that this can make him avoid real Incest ever beeing shown in the game for real, becouse he would be affraid to loose the money.

One stupid jelous cunt can report the game to Patreon officials at anypoint, and the project would be over - as he clearly wont continue this for free.
And so far Author never adressed how he plans to circumvent Patreon censorship on this matter.

But I want to say this - I am supporting this game especialy becouse there is Incest planned in the story. If relationships with Dylan and Ellie will not be continued - I will quit supporting that game over night.
Relationships of Sophia with her children are the most intresting storylines in this game without a doubt.

So yeah - I would hate him aftificialy pushing back any incest content out from the story, just to avoid problems.

L&P did say (months and months ago) that he would look into an incest-patch downloaded from his own site once he's at the point in the story where it's necessary.

Whether the patch changes the names of the family member's or just un-hides hidden incest scenes we will have to wait and see.

Personally I think he's going to try and get away with it and hope Patreon don't notice. AWAM is billed as a Corruption game first and foremost, the incest isn't explicitly advertised.
Good Girl Gone Bad has a full-on Incest storyline but the Dev of that game has got away (I think) consequence free.

Let me put a hypothetical situation. Hypothetically, a guy has a very serious illness. He began to enjoy erotic games because his illness did not allow him to relate more to women.
