I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but not in your case, because you've demonstrated on numerous occasions that you can't stand contrary opinions, while pretending otherwise & that you're very free with the insults, when it comes to the incest fest. You should read stuff before the knee-jerking starts. I take it that you haven't read my comments, or you would know that I haven't played the game for years. I stated that I hadn't played since the salon event. I found other stuff. Where you get the idea that I required a game to suit my personal interests from, I've no frigging clue. Nobody gets that. Why do you believe that I'd still be playing a game where events drag on for months, after being billed as due to take 1 month, as endorsed by the fans, when the Dev himself said that was the choice they had to make? Do you think that followers of the game should be restricted to actual players? Why would I choose to play as a top-heavy, oversized & increasingly stupid, basic pre-pubescent teenaged fantasy stereotype of a MILF, or her brat of a kid, who's aged 12 years in as many weeks?
I comment because I can, I don't care if that bothers you to the extent that you feel the need to throw out insults AND because I spent up to 5 years playing AWAM & I'm interested in its decline, having once been immersed in the game. It looks like I was 100% right when I described Dylan's promotion being proclaimed & acclaimed by his fans to the extent that some, (not all), suggested anybody who didn't like it should 'go away.' You've accurately illustrated that point, years after the event.
AWAM started out as a game that gave the appearance of being written by a grown-up for other adults, regardless of the teen incest factor. I've followed AWAM as it went from an erotic VN, to a standard porn game, (minus the sex), to average teen porn, then to average teen incest. I'm not sure how you arrive at the conclusion that I should have known what was coming. What WAS coming, until Dylan became the real MC, was an episodic, good quality slice of varied erotic escapism.
Sam was my 'teen of choice' for a time, because only teenagers are allowed to be potential lovers for Sophia, since Dylan became MC. His character was ruined for me when he reached for his art materials & demonstrated that he'd acquired the skills of a Renaissance artist, from nowhere. [Comparable to Dylan's martial artistry, after 1 lesson]. He decided sketching was his next move, voluntarily, with the woman of his dreams naked in his bedroom. Was it nerves, an attack of impotence, guilt, or perhaps the worry that their privacy would be interrupted, which of course in San Alejo, it was? Whatever it was it destroyed the atmosphere of erotic anticipation. So no, I don't want Sam.

Do you know why that is? because the game is cluttered with irrelevant characters that dilute the story and character development has been abandoned. it doesnt matter anymore if they learn something, they are able to do anything for the sake of the scene.
draw a picture? He's Albrecht Dürer. Play an instrument? Yo Yo Ma. Play sports? Lionel Messi.
And all that just to get that panty wet of a mature married woman who wouldnt cheat otherwise because the guy needs to be a super talent in the moment to create that gasp.
If you think about any of this, sadly nothing is close to reality. LP could have written something that might have been a believable story, but no. It has become a collage of scenes.
LP just goes, "what should i do next? Let her take a bath with Dylan. Now let her be groped by the old guys in the hospital. Maybe do something in the shower at the fitness studio? How about a chello lesson from Sam? Date night with Dylan?
It's just all over the place.

What we haven't had for a few years is another Aiden task, that was where the main corruption was meant to come from, instead all we've had as far as corruption goes is Sam and Dylan, there were so many other characters that could raise her corruption level but they got forgotten in favour of Sam and Dylan and the side job of the two old guys.
I personally want another Aiden task, I think they should have brought back the extra lessons where she is the sports teacher, could have played in nicely with Aiden's tasks and the soccer team.
