Creation + Rendering + Animation = 85% (when completed)
Photoshop + Coding + Final check = 15% (when completed)
For simplicity let’s say P+C+F is 5% each.

so 85% complete & 5/15 complete also.

4 are at or close to 100%
2 are 0%

400/600 = 2/3, or 66.7%

Now, an argument can be made the categories are obviously not weighted evenly, but that's how he maffs that.
