They're going to start drawing wild conclusions again based on lies and big conspiracies, but the reality is so much simpler… and more damaging. I was mostly kidding, but at the same time since this was the case for every of the 5 "progress circles" so far, it's perfectly plausible to expect the final one to be handled in the same manner. Especially since the author has mentioned the size of this update would make testing etc longer.
He is basing it on the fact that no official release date was given and the progress made with the other categories. You know... an estimate.

Nah, so far it's pretty much just guesstimate (although it is based on the progress rate to date) But we'll get a better idea how long it might yet take once the final, 6th circle gets its first update.
