You cannot predict anything when it comes to F95.
Sometimes you'd think it's expensive so we may need to wait it out a bit longer for a hero, and it'll get posted at the same time when it was released.
Other times you'd think the cost is very cheap and you'll be expecting an immediate release, but it'll arrive after a month period!
AWAM track record proves, you'll usually get it in a day or two.

For most of the popular games there was a race who will post the update first.
Some people are willing to pay even 100 euros to be number 1.
Does someone have a Dylan + Ellie route save, so I can see the scene in the new update? I somehow cant manage to get Dylan to the Party

Just a guess, I think vet+ legends might get an update early in the afternoon and after that, almost late in the evening, around 11pm, it will be released on SS (assuming maybe some infiltrated rat leaks the update in advance
)
