I think that, since Dylan has moved from one city to another with his hosts (writing it sounds even more absurd), he must have such a close relationship with them that he simply calls them by their name.
Maybe Liam would like the other tenant (Ellie) to call him "Daddy", but since the game doesn't involve a change of MC, I don't think we'll ever see a development on this path.
