"ellie_bitch" is used in the massage scene with Ellie and Patricia. Each time Sophia stays silent, it goes up by one. I imagine it has to do with the Ellie/Logan route.

Hey dude, I did a special hacked save game. Extract and place it on the "saves" folder of the game. You will find it on quick saves tier 1. I recommend use it just for fun on the new update, since this save game is hacked and not represent real values. Yu have be warned.
