In my opinion, because of X Y Z (that I have stated previously), L&P is not working as much as he says he is on this game.
You have 3 options:

• ignore
• tell me that I'm wrong because of A,B,C that proves your point/opinion
• insult

Yeah, I canceled my pledge. This is a very promising game, but not 30+ bucks per update promising.
The author needs to revise his workflow. The Ren'Py scripting can easily be done during the rendering process, even with placeholder images if necessary. And so can optimization (of the already finished renders) and translation.

Bullshit. The guy boots about what an expert he is, then says he can't hire help, because his DAZ library is too big. You can find a coder to save you the RenPy time, you can find a writer to help you with the writing, you can find a guy to pose crowd characters or build scenes in DAZ, you can find an animator, you can find someone to do postwork...
And this crap about "people wanting cheap porn games" *using Jim Sterling's mocking voice* is pathetic. Considering how many examples of quality, well written games there are. If anything, most of the projects that get supported a lot have either quality writing and/or solid gameplay.

Looks like the update will come out in December after all. The has been the hardest one so far. And not because of the content itself, but just because of how unproductive I've been. Even simple posing and environments were dragging like hell. Things are happening, but way too slower and with way too much efforts. I tried distracting myself with that small bonus set, as a way to recharge the batteries. And it somehow worked, but it also ate up time. In any case I'm confident things will get better. I just need to read some exciting scene to get my muse back

As I said, if you spend zero amount of money for this game, don't complain about anything. Reading all your comments it's a big joke and makes me laugh. The L&P may give the reason, but it probably doesn’t because it considers it an excuse, not an explanation.

Personally, for example, I do not need his explanations, as my life experience tells me that all people have different labor productivity, especially when it comes to creativity. Sometimes I can write a small story in an evening and night, sometimes, in the absence of inspiration, a week is not enough for me to do this.

Previous. If this one was done in 3 months I'd say this one. It's really content vs waiting time.
The payoff is almost never worth the build up because the build up take a lot of time.
