My guess is, that he sees them(Sam and Sophia) and you have two Options, like when Sam falls on Sophias butt, 1. Say something 2. Say Nothing and becoming a cuckold Type.

Sophia is innocentfor her look, i think dev have his plane for her. I can't tell what will happen, but for myself, i think she will be dirty, because i want it. The incest thing is just what you guys want. From beginning Sophia want an adventure in new town, the exploration of herself, things that's she did not knew. Example MILF, something else, she should accept the blackmail of the student to explore her real desire. She will not wear bra for next week, asshe felt lucky to wear bra during scene whith Sam and Dylan., but what if she did not? Dev gave us choice, to go for police, to tell her sister and to ignore the incident at subway. I will really be thankful if Dev let Sophia have an another encounter with the thugs, sure if she have enough fiflthy ratesI don't know what dev have in his mind, but if he want a real porn game, he might give a chance to corrupt Sophia, for it's what the fans want. Dev, i just wanna give an advice, not an oder, if you want Sophia turn from a good and innocence lady into a slut, you need a shock incident to change her mind. Likely a rape scene, for phisolicaly, no lady can turn into slut whithout a shock matter. I suggest some groping scenes at school or the return of thugs, womens only give up their prides after something despite of it, it's my experiences. I really love this game for everything so far are beautiful, full of emotions and.. hope, truly, there are hope in it.

Well, I'm not satisfied with his answer either so I will ask him if he can make moment of important choice more obvious for player.
And again, the whole points system as he did it, not only Filth or rep points, looks kind of sensless for many reasons. Also that kind of crappy thing that player must collect ALL Filth points or ALL reputation points every day, so he must make the same choice over and over again. It like game ask player all the time "Do you want Sofia to become slut" and player must choose "Yes" 5-10 times every playable day.
Actually, it's very simple: Sofia don't need Filth points for lesbian stuff but she needs it for incest stuff. So if it's lesbian, but NOT incest - no dicking. If it's lesbian AND incest...I will ask him how much Filth points Sofia will need for seducing Ellie and Patricia but I'm shure it wouldn't be that much as for Dylan.
First, instead of "moment of shock" dev prefers to make slow process of Sofia's corruption. Quote from his patreon page:

Second, after Sophia reaches a certain point of corruption there will be a lot of sexual content. At least that's what dev promising.
Third, good news for you - incest path is fully choosable and, moreover, player can easily miss Dylan incest content because he made the wrong choice at Day 4 or miss 1-2 Dylan's points.
