Why does he need to be so familiar with the new program?

He needs to know the program, has the assets and the rendering machine but somehow it's some unknown developer who does not want any recognition for his work that is doing the animations?
And then Lust deletes posts calling out the fact this should not take 4 months to do 4 animations?

Something isn't right.

If L&P can actually get good at Blender then it's a far superior platform to Daz3d. There's just so much more you can do with it. In addition Cycles > IRay by a huge margin. While it sucks to have to wait so long and there can be a seemingly endless amount of debate and disgruntlement among us here in the peanut gallery (and apparently a growing level of discord on his Patreon), it's L&P's project and I'm in favor, generally speaking, of artistic freedom.

~ I'm purposefully not addressing the communication, project planning or scope of work issues in this post.

This quote from L&P is disturbing for a lot of reasons and none of them are good.

So he completed .160, an entire updates worth of Daz renders, faster than just the animations for 0.155?

There can't be people taking this guy seriously anymore. This is where his game, whatever it is (grifting? bizarre incompetence? combination?), has undeniably jumped the shark.

I mean, i think most people at the time knew he was crazy when the project first launched and one of the goals was making 15k a month, at which point he could focus solely on the game lmao. But then tons of people thought that checked out too, so who knows, maybe he'll always have mooks.

Oh my fucking god he is not backing down, ok we have to repeat it one more time, we are on PD 13 that means we have 17 PD left, leave the animation for after PD 20 and and focus on advancing the HISTORY.

AWAM was working perfectly without this "high level animations" why this sudden obsession with them??

Well, since we have been swimming in a sea of negativity and disappointment thanks to the actions of someone who should remain nameless, I suggest a brief visit to some of the reasons that prompt us to return here.

And one of the reasons, if I may, is the story, which is simply.. lip-biting! ;)

The way the animations are being developed so slowly shows whatever developer is working on it is just starting with these softwares.
The fact that he says the next ones are going to be better with more details lets us know this is someone learning new things. Deleting patreon posts stating that this is too much time from an actual animator and being so defensive about it makes me think there is a 99% chance it's lust developing these animations. May 1 I think I wont renew, it's too many lies

Oh yeah but no wonder Sophia bites her lips so much, she hasn't had a good fuck in over a year, too much juice in the system is bad for her health, at least Amber will get them out of hers in the next update
