The game is obviously out in both versions (censored and uncensored). Above there was a picture that shows the download page of the uncensored version. Please note that this is currently only be available for those people who were willing to pay $30/month.
The fact that someone else has got a note on the same download page to wait until January does not mean that the game has not yet been released in the uncensored version. It just means that this person has donated less than $30/month.
I suspect that in the next few days (maybe perhaps tomorrow) someone who already has access (because he is paying 30$/month) will be kind enough to publish the version here. If not, maybe someone from the next Group (15$/month) two days later but still in 2019.
