There are no characters "dilyn" or "elle" in this game. And if you mean Dylan and Ellie, you should pay attention to the dialogue, especially during the Ellie events, in which she shows nothing but disdain for her brother, let alone being anywhere near liking him enough to fuck him. And as for Liam, he's not around enough

First of all, it's Dylan and Ellie.
Secondly, yes there will be, in due time Dylan will be able to be with Sophia, Ellie, Amber, emma (for some boring reason), Marie, and under special circumstances with Patricia (his aunt). The bonus side story is being set so that they start working on their relationship and rivalry and possibly to have sex.
And Third, No, there won't be any Ellie & Liam's path, that was discarded years ago. Then again, Liam is the "good and nice husband", albeit as boring as that may be, but he won't be fucking Ellie...ever.
Just wait and in due time Dylan & Ellie will have their time.

I think the chances of having sex scenes involving only Dylan+some female character are quite slim.
Mostly because Dylan isn't the protagonist of the game and the focus isn't on having a lot of diverse sex scenes. Of course, there's still the possibility since you can play with Dylan's pov in some parts.
But i think there's a bigger possibility of a threesome or even more IF Sophia is involved. But this is a far, far away dream for now.

The only reason I'm not backing up my claims like I normally do is because that would involve spoilers.
So at this stage, all I will say is play the Ellie event. Not only is it hot anyway, but it gives revelations about her that makes it clear just how much she dislikes Dylan. And even things that she may not know about him would make her run screaming
The chance is not that small, even if he is not the main actor. it is not so that the main actor cannot see others playing the love game and can also watch them no absolutely and possible. Excluding Ellie for obvious reasons, the only possibility that allows a sex scene with Dylan+female is to further advance Sophia's corruption. Because that's what this game is all about, corruption. Not a big variation of erotic scenes with different characters and flavors.
One thing i think will happen is Sophia spying on Dylan and Emma getting dirty and get caught by Emma, who then smiles salacious at her and go back to the dirty act. Just an example.
