In my main playthrough, Sophia has no sex with Liam. I guess it has little to do with Larry and the mafia. I suppose Sofia could have big problems ahead, but the way the meeting with Larry went hints at a good continuation for Sofia, absolutely voluntary.
But to solve debt problems with the mafia, in real life, there are no such easy ways!
In the future, let's see how much L&P will be close to realism in this arc.

Clearing the debt is only 1 of 3 options open to Sophia,there could be more but I don't know.So it will probably turn out to be players choice on at least 2 of them.

I don't really understand you, what exactly did you find out? For me personally, it is not at all clear what will happen next?
1.Perhaps Sofia will meet with Larry again.
2.Perhaps Don Morello will make her personally some kind of offer, and perhaps the offer will be for Sophia and Liam.
Actually, in this situation, the options are countless, but only this meeting will not solve the problem of debts, that's what I understand.

Some of what I got is in the dialog during the prison visit.
1.Perhaps Sofia will meet with Larry again.This I don't know.
2.Perhaps Don Morello will make her personally some kind of offer, and perhaps the offer will be for Sophia and Liam. This will happen since Larry made Sophia something like his cumare and Sophia's wishes are his wishes.
Definitely not that in my game. I shut him down when he was asking about my underwear.

It was either leave him at casino and have to deal with Morello or take him home and have sex that night. I chose the lesser of two evils.To avoid having sex with Liam, Sophia can always go to the dentist, then.
If it doesn't work out with debt, I'll just take Ellie and go to sister's. Liam can solve his own mess and Dylan should stay at boarding school.

There is one thing in the prison scene that I don't think really makes sense.
A choice is offered to us and we must have more point F than point GW.
However, if we take the GW route, we have very little chance of triggering the prison scene.
'cause in the casino, on the GW route, we bring Liam home and therefore, no debt.

We could be Bane71 and I don't know important this could be but
If Sophia has sex with her husband the night before, she still gets the relationship points with Larry, but he doesn't suggest the conjugal visits. He only does that if Sophia doesn't have sex with husband on day 16 or 18.interesting stuff.

But let's take a serious look at the situation from the point of view of its proximity to realism.
Excuse me, but at the first meeting Larry calls an unfamiliar woman Kumare, becoming attached to her by blood, mafia ties? And, accordingly, Sophia to yourself?
This is not serious and far from reality.
If in reality a woman does what Sofia does, going to a meeting with Larry and succumbing to her weaknesses, then she will simply be crushed!
And it is unlikely that her fall will begin with serving bosses, it will simply become a sex toy for guards and all kinds of performers.
L&P just drew Larry as an idiot who was made happy by a woman's breasts and a raised hem of a dress. It's funny and sad at the same time.
