You know. I have been an avid fan of this game and defended L&P at every turn but I have become dissolutioned with this game. It really has gone down hill. Too much faff. Too much branching stories to keep track of. Too many locked off story. Too long development. No communication. I feel like walking tbh I don't want to but L&P is stretching this game to it's thinnest limits.

Dessert for Daughter was completed in less time than this has and that had 20 parts and thousands of lines of dialogue. I want to keep supporting it but I've had enough of the long delays and the small updates that go no where.

Yeah I too feel frustrated about this slow pace..

but take a moment and look into the no of responses.

There is no other game in this forum that gets this much of an attention, right after the moment of an update.

The reputation of the game and the response's weightage speaks for itself as we now speak on the 6543rd page.

My only wish is the dev keeps up to his word and finishes the game. No matter the time & schedule and doesnt abandon it.

And this game will live to its legacy for years to come

So what I gather this isn't A Wife and mother anymore, but it's A Wife and mother and Dylan. o_O
It's just stupid to think that a story has to be told from only one perspective. Especially when you consider that L&P clearly mentioned the occasional change of perspective in his game description. Also, when you consider that this change of perspective already happened in the past, I don't understand where you want to see a change here.

I think many here should understand that AWAM is not just about Sophia, but about Sophia in her role as "A wife and mother". It is quite normal that Dylan, Ellie and Liam take a more prominent position next to Sophia in this setting. At the latest, if something happens between Dylan and Ellie, it will certainly have an effect on Sophia. Why one should omit such a game element is honestly a mystery to me.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to this update. It's not clear yet if L&P will make something out of it, but the potential is huge. I, at least, find a game with implications better than a game in which countless independent events are simply lined up next to each other.
