I think about removing the link for Patreon from the game main menu and replace it with SubscriberStar. On Patreon I will just keep on posting the teasers and nothing else.

There are always those who dislike the work of others. More so if there is some success that may or might not equal or better their own. L&P is slow not a milker, but I don't feel that is what is behind this. We all have experiences with weasels and rats in life that feel it makes them batter to tear down others. Personally if L&P is having a row with Patreon it has to be someone whom trawls here but wants to be a big shot on Patreon as Bacchus so aptly dubbed a wanna be morality crusader.
Going to Subscribestar does seem to be the way to go for many devs, so L&P will be in good company.

far as am aware subscribestar is more lenient but so was patreon at one time and that changed. Also, been told subscribestar is more right-wing, so some like me might be put off by that, just an FYI for you and up to you of course.
onlyfans might be an option, they do allow pornstars to sign up and show nudity and more. Generally, most see that site for that but I don't see why devs with adult visual novels/games can't use it. However, they're a lot of hoops to jump through before you can add details and set up payment options for your fans.

Most likely 100% right here, I'm actually surprised AWAM hasn't outright been banned by Patreon, am surprised the MANY people who just can handle the type of VN AWAM is, haven't gone out of they're way to report AWAM or maybe they've been doing so and Patreon finally listening.
Am not getting into an incest argument here but per Patreon rules, AWAM would be banned. It sucks, so yeah L&P should have a backup plan.
I like the tempo of the game how it flows. Not fast,slow but interesting. Spice it a bit in next updates. Listen to advices of guys who plays it for free,so you can earn more on patreon. 
Maybe, but if L&P delete this characters or use a patch for DoL, What else is Patreon going to complain about? True, another game out there but on their site everything is by the book, everything complies with their rules.
No son/daughter no incest. End of story.
Moving to another platform carries its risks.

Patreon don't care if the game is promoted on their site or somewhere else. As long as Dev use Patreon as his funding platform they can and possible will ban him if he breaks their rules.
Patreon started many crusades before and the last one was aimed at games, devs and modders for creating incest mods.

Taking characters out like that would mean having to change that game considerably leading to more work and potentially slowing down development in order to implement the changes that have to be made. When we're already staring down a very long barrel of development time for AWAM, altering the DoL version just to avoid the Patreon censors is probably more hassle than it's worth.

Tearing out the now essential characters of the kids, and lest we forget the sister, would in a very real sense gut any worthwhile content in AWAM. It would be akin to removing Leah from Star Wars because of her kiss with Luke, or to gut the whole Lannister twins love story in Game of Thrones. The story and gameplay at this point would be destroyed. May as well scrap the whole game. As a moderate fan of it, I would be disappointed, for others though it will be a harder blow. For L&P it will mean years of work just flushed down the sewer.
It may be costly in some ways but moving to a new patron site would be far less traumatic.

Great game and maybe the best in art quality, no doubts about that. Anyway the releases and story progression are extremely slow paced, and normally I enjoy a lot the slow building games... If I were the dev, I would defenitely cut out some marginal characters and stories (Bennet, secondary job in the clinic) They just slow up even more the releases pace and bring little interest to the general storyline

The only problem with that is that what constitutes a "marginal character" is different for pretty much everybody, L&P included, since we don't know what he has planned. Marie was a marginal character, but then last update we can find out during the Yoga event that Patricia wants to set Marie up with Dylan. Apparently tries on several occasions.
On a different note, I realised earlier that since Sophia wants another kid, I wonder if Liam shooting blanks could be a possible trigger for the first straight sex scene on the Filthy route.
