I think it might be a bug/oversight in the code.
The condition for Sophia to help him to undo the bra and then continue to the full event is

if day16_Sophia_had_sex_with_Liam or day19_Sophia_had_sex_with_Liam_at_his_workplace:

i.e. she had sex the casino night (day16_Sophia_had_sex_with_Liam) and she surprised Liam at the office (day19_Sophia_had_sex_with_Liam_at_his_workplace). Both of them are related to the casino debt, the first she didn't let Liam alone and the second they didn't have to visit Larry in prison.

He seems to have forgotten or left out the day18_Sophia_Liam_had_sex_on_day18 which is shared between the GW route (no debt money, they start in the jacuzzi and have sex in the bedroom) and the FW route (being in debt, the player can choose whether she has sex in bed or give him the fluff and get good_wife or filthy points for the choice, respectively). That is only 1 day and change ago.

What is it that you're not seeing? Breasts don't suddenly expand unless there's a surgical procedure, illness, water retention or the onset of lactation which is usually a bit more gradual. You're right, her rib-cage didn't change in size. That's why she ended up, our Sophia, looking top-heavy. That all has nothing to do with bra-size. (Sadly, not being able to measure Sophia in person 44DD was an estimate based on a large-breasted former girlfriend of mine. Putting it another way, [& I've read your info from the link], what could be seen didn't look right & represented a radical alteration).

But according to the code if Sophia had sex the casino night OR at the office the event will stop.
If you managed to get the full event with the sex in the casino night then there must be something strange in your saves. You can try to upload your save just before the event to

Seems to me that if you're playing both the Sam and Ellie routes, it's assumed you're playing so that Sam ends up with both Sophia and Ellie.
