Because this game is meant to be played without the Ctrl key being pressed all the time. Trust me, I'm a professional.

First I want to say that this game has great renders and a smoothly going story. But one thing I have difficulties with is the prudishness of the Mom. I know that the game is positioned in the US and I have personal experience how different the outlook can be over the big pond and here in Europe concerning sexuality or what some consider it.
Still, I find the way Sophia reacts in some scenes over the top even for the US. Please correct me if there are States which still are this prude in general, but it breaks immersion for me sometimes.
Frak, I know that US Army personal from some regions there need quite a bit of time to aquaint themselves with how some things are run here in Germany concerning sexuality in general, but rarely have I encountered someone approaching the "prude level" of Sophia.

I'm from Europe and almost everything in the game before she begins to get corrupted is actually very realistic. I mean I don't know about your mom but my mom wouldn't play basketball with teenagers, wouldn't walk around the house with the bathrobe having guests or not, wouldn't take compliments from strangers well etc.. A lot of "wouldn't" just like Sophia and I even think the opposite. She is quite, let's say, opened up. But then again i'm from Balkans, different culture here, more conservative
