What game are you playing? Because if you're referring to this one, that is complete BS. The first sex scene on the Filthy route won't be until at least playable day 16, and even then it's likely to be Ellie, and pretty much zero chance it will be Dylan, since he has no events with Sophia that day, while Ellie has several.
Don Tony Morello is the mobster that owns the casino, so is the one Liam owes money to if you do the nightclub scene. He is not in the character guide, because we haven't met him yet, so we don't know what he looks like. He may though be the older gentleman we see at the casino.
If you're playing the Ellie route, the evening shower scene is the end of 0.09, not the current version 0.095. But then 0.095 only really contains Dylan and Sam events, so is not really worth it. Totally worth it if you're playing Dylan or Sam routes though, from what I hear. Next update will have two Ellie events, a Sophia/Ellie and a Julie/Ellie, with the latter being the largest event yet.

v0.100 will be afternoon and night of day 18. Which will most likely make 0.105 morning and noon of day 19. But it depends on how complicated the events are, and only he knows that. If they are only simple, he could well just release a full day update. We'll just have to wait and see.

Don't really understand why L&P is teasing us with content we won't see until 2021. It just makes the already agonising wait for the little dribble of half-day content we're currently getting feel even worse.
