Not really. The teaser image for the Ellie event at the end of day 17 was Ellie and Sophia watching TV. The actual event was them kissing and groping in the shower. We've already been promised nudity in the yoga event which isn't indicated just by the teaser images.

Then, since i'm a fan of "incest-fantasy" art, i was , let's say allured and interested by the title and cover photo, i said to myself, "what a great potential mom/son sex here..." only to find out that there's nothing in it. So, my question is: why would someone create a game (comic, video and so on) where there's a clear hint at probable incest plot and then just make almost absolutely nothing?

You really think a mother french kissing her daughter and sister would pass muster on Patreon? Besides, it's not just about what is currently in the game, but what will be there in the future. Even if there is no incest content now, if you make the change now, people will be used to the changes, so that by the time incest is brought in, it's been tenant/Landlady for years.
