I don't see significant differences between both images. But none of those images corresponds to their real resolutions. The second one isn't a real 2160p, just an scalated image, her face looks slightly blurry in full size. The 1440p image looses definition in full size too. You don't need a 4k screen to notice that, just watching the images in full size, even if you only see the face. By the way, there's also something called HDR (High Dynamic Range), wich is associated with 4k images, not only the definition matters but the richness in colours too.

You did a improvement in the noise aspect, but you didn't increase the definition. Blurry and noisy aren't the same.

Because IT IS an AI upscale from a noisy, low quality 720p render, and yeah, the skin or walls textures are still horrible, but overall the result is quite impressive.

On the other hand, there's something that the most people don't know, not all 4k screens monitors let you watch real 4k images, it's a marketing strategy. I have a 1080p TV and a 4K TV. The 1080p TV is 29" and the 4k is 32", only 3" more, but theorically the 4K images are the double from the 1080p images, so in the 4K TV I'm not watching real 4K images.

Are you talking about RGBW screens? It's a well known 'scam', so you fooked up buying one of these TV's.

If you want the 4k in their full and complete size you should watching them in a 4K screen around 60". That doesn't mean that my 4K TV hasn't a better image than the 1080p one, it has it, but you don't exploit the full 4k experience, because of its size.

Eeee, huge BS. 4k is 4k. As long as the PPI is no higher than the human eye can see at a certain distance, you are good (not wasting anything). 60" @ 4k means pitiful 73 ppi.

Ellie/Julia or Sophia/Alyssa is before the yoga event and after you either take Dylan to boarding school or to his martial arts lesson. My guess is that there will be two different triggers; if you take Dylan to boarding school, Alyssa will invite her out there and then for a coffee or something like that, but if you take Dylan to the martial arts lesson she'll probably phone her to ask her. It will then likely be a choice between saying 'yes', then going to home to get changed, or declining and just going home.

In both cases, I reckon Sophia will see Ellie and Julia by the pool, but if you go with Alyssa then you won't see what else happens, and if you don't go with Alyssa, you'll see something steamy between Ellie and Julia which will trigger more lesbian incest temptation.

So, the question should be for the 60" 4K screen owners. There is where you can see the real differences.

- for the slightly blurry effect in 4k : i have the same effect on my 1440p screen, 1440p pictures appear sharper and that's pretty normal I suppose. But but the fact that it has the same effect on your screen (I assume you got a 4k screen), surprises me.
- My screen doesn't support HDR, i just adjusted the contrast a little bit.
- I disagree with you with the "no definition improvement", here is another example: I took one of the last renders of the game without noise particules

- For the rest, i agree that 4k details required a large screen to be seen, that's why i doubted the usefullness of 4k compared to 1440p which seems to be a good compromise in my opinion

I guess from that the previous update when it ended by leaving Mrs. Mayers's house it will start by and then driving home to take Dylan either to the boarding school or the Self-defense lessons then, after either option of those events, how is it going to transition to meet Morello and then talk with Liam and be done with this update and wait for next day.
