The Ellie/Patricia (so obviously Filthy, not GW) route has all three women nude at one stage or another, with possibly more next update

Wow, thank you, some scenes are bit hard to obtain if you don't follow a walkthrough I guess, I always go for the filthy option but didn't get the necessary amount of RP to see them.

The Ellie route can be tricky, since it's not obvious you're actually required to skip both GW sex scenes, and do things like wait around while watching porn, but it is well worth it

If Patricia were the MC of the game, I'm certain we would get sex scenes in pretty much every update

It's definitely the path that got me curious the most, seeing that it's kinda rare to see an incest game with a Mom X Daughter in it with a well-developed story.

And after she gets really to bed she goes to take a shower and do the wild thing and that when Dylan heard her and knocked on the door . Yes, there is, and easy to get, just as Rojouninco1 said, instead of keep watching porn in the living room and wait for ellie to catch Sophia, instead "change the channel" and then eventually Sophia will go and take a shower and that scene with Dylan outside the bathroom will happen. That's how it goes in my game, I can only wonder if that will play out eventually later in the game or just was an isolated incident, either way, I'm good with it.
