Clarke I believe is only coming back at the end of the game, so don't hold your breathe for content with him. Vicki's boyfriend DeShithead has a greater chance of being the BBC content.

Jason and Haru return on the evening of playable day 14, so maybe 3 years away. But since they're not even in the Favorite Character poll, the chance of them having anything interesting in the event is minimal.

It all depends on what you consider "good" pace. L&P enjoys putting in details that many of us really don't care about, like the pigeons during the Aiden event of last update. It's a completely separate

If you compare his progress to other games like my other favourite ("Free Pass"), L&P is horrendously slow. The last Free Pass update came out around the same time as v.130. And while v.150 might come out in November or December, the next Free Pass update - of half a day, not a third we get here, the next Free Pass update is due to be released tomorrow.

I got into AWAM because at the time it was a Female MC game with a lesbian route, and interesting, firmly established characters. The problem I find the game possibly facing now, is that updates are now being released so glacially that by the time AWAM really gets to the good stuff around playable day 16, there are going to be more games out there that release updates faster, with more content, nicer devs etc etc. It's pretty much a "sure thing" that other games like Free Pass will surpass the character development I've come to enjoy in AWAM in the next year.

It won't let me into the load screen most of the time without the error screen pictured above showing. All it does is load, at first and that's it. Based on my prior "loads", the problem seems to be how I phrased my most recent save title. It allows me to save and even overwrite using parentheses, it just doesn't seem to like "[ ]" these symbols. What I need is to know how to get into the inner workings of the game and change the save title in question, without loading/playing the game, since it won't let me play the game until I change the name of the load. I cannot play the game without changing the save and the game won't let me change the save without playing the game. See my dilemma? I was just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem, already and found a fix for it, yet. This is what I need a fix for...see above. View attachment 1356653

Assuming you are saving the events in order, I think the "easiest" solution for your problem is to

• go to C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\RenPy\AWifeAndMother and remove 7-1-LT1.save (or move it to another location if you want to keep it),
• restart the game and load the last save (number 6) from page 6 and redo your playthrough from there.

You can use the "skip" option to skip all the dialogues to get quickly to the point of interest: you can either use Ctrl key to control the fast-forward or the Tab key to get directly to the next choice in the game. (In Preferences you may need to have Unseen Text checked


I tried on my side to see if the Save Editor (

) could do the trick but the description of the save does not appear. You can give it a try before the other procedure but I don't think it will work.

I never really understood why Ellie seems to have so much animosity or indifference towards Dylan. It would have been nice if she used to be more affectionate towards her brother in the past, at least until he started to hit puberty. I get that he could be annoying at times, but he never comes across as aggressively annoying. The Viagra prank was colossally cruel and messed up. That punishment did not fit the alleged crime imho. In spite of everything he helped fix her laptop even while she was snooping around his room, making childish, immature comments and basically acting like the way she accused him of behaving. I loved how he pointed out her hypocrisy at the end.

Then again, maybe I’m just salty after they made the move to their new home and reconnected with their neighbors, I immediately had hoped Jules would have been his first girlfriend after seeing how cute and adorable she looked, lol. Definitely didn’t see that reveal coming…. Im glad to see he’s got quite the appreciation for the older ladies like Sophia, Patricia and Claire, but Claire’s daughter is the only one I’d like to see him with. Christine and Emma don’t really move the needle for me, and sadly Julia is NEVER going to happen.

Still holding out hope for either a Dylan/Aunt Patricia/Sophia 3some, or a Dylan/Sophia/Ellie one, though that seems extremely unlikely after the Viagra prank.

We will say that things are progressing well because here, we are facing known environments and characters. (settings)
For the concert, you'll see, it'll slow down but that's normal.

IIRC, she tried to justify her actions by claiming he purposely left the bathroom door unlocked while 'he' was taking a shower, thus surprising and embarrassing her, not to mention she claimed he called her a 'slut' and apparently tried to grope her. I did not remember the last to claims, but the bathroom incident depending on how you played it was Sophia fault, and she even admitted it to Ellie, who still didn't back down and claimed the prank was justified based on the other 2 incidents. What's even more fucked up is Ellie admittedly recruited sweet and innocent Julia and Christine to also join in the prank and also spike his hamburger, thus giving him 3xs the normal dosage.

I'm really surprised Ellie escaped relatively unscathed, not even with getting grounded.... iirc, just her allowance suspended for the week, lol. She just better be thankful Dylan and Sam don't know her own dirty secrets, including outing Julia to her parents and exposing her experimental relationship around school. That said, I don't think Dylan would ever do that even if he had proof of them kissing and making out. Though he may threaten to do it without actually planning on following through, if it meant Ellie would be nicer to him.

After the yoga session, I'm hoping for some more Marie/Dylan one-on-one MMA time. Also optimistic we'll get more chances for Ellie/Julia/Sophia play time, maybe even some shower fun as Ellie secretly invites Julie to take a shower with her and Sophia!

IMO, this picture tells us all about them. Ellie, a popular girl, cheerleader, and her brother a nerdy virgin freak. She doesn't want her image to be associated with that of such specimen, more, a shy one.

What can I say, this depends on how much you believe in a concept. Even if I show you examples of such scenarios which are really popular and loved or create a story where the victim does enjoy it or even if L&P writes it in a way that clearly shows that Sophia is enjoying it ( which is going to be the case since nothing will be a no escape forced scene ) you won't accept because for you this fetish does not make sense. You don't get the thrill from power play or the whole risk of getting utterly humiliated scenario. But you do need to understand that there are people who would choose to be humiliated by someone over sex.

There is a rape fetish among woman. some woman enjoy that scenario. I don't understand how can they enjoy being a rape victim but they do. Bloodplay is a thing. And so many more. It's a turn off for me but for many it is what gets them going. So you might not find any thrill in vibe scenario and not understand why the victim will enjoy it but I do.

I've read one or two porn stories which featured the 'vibrator(s) inserted & remotely controlled' scenario & it is quite a popular storyline. What follows is just a personal opinion & an explanation of why I don't find this erotic. I have used devices & have no moral or psycho-sexual objections to them. What leaves me in neutral is the very remoteness itself. There's an abscence of intimacy, combined with a lack of necessary skill on the operator's part, (i.e. turn it up, or turn it down). It's as simple as that.

I appreciate the power play aspect & am speaking as someone who has consistently defended the blackmail storylines. I don't want them to go away & I don't want Sophia to enjoy things too much. So far, the balance has been just about right.

It seems quite likely that such a scenario could feature in AWAM in the future. It may not be the 4th task & might not even involve Aiden but I'm certain that many fans will enjoy it, if & when, it happens.

Hi, i have a question. On Day 16, during the casino date night supposedly there's an option (according to the walkthrough) to stop Liam gambling and go home and have sexy time but I'll never had that option appear. At the time, Sophia said she has another date night with girls anyway (Patricia and Ellie) to the club so she just left Liam.

Another note is the day before (i think) Liam give her a rose and i chose react cheerfully (+25 GW, -25 F). I play on filthy route btw and i i use cheat mode version.

How do i get that option appear? Is it because i agree going to the club with the girls? Or is it because i pick the +25 GW -25 F option?

I have hopefully fixed both errors. Put the script4.py in the game folder.

For not hitting the "day18_Dylan_watches_women_showering" error you have to start from the POV decision before Yoga !

Edit: game folder = the folder called "game" below "A_Wife_And_Mother.exe"

I have a similar error and the difference is I mislabeled a save and now the game won't let me back into the load screen. I'm using build "1.30" & my save used brackets "[ ]" and a "/". Now, I can't even get into the game to change/fix it. Is this "script-fixable", too?
