Nothing with Patricia except for in the Sam event, and a brief scene with Ellie and Christine.

So if you're specifically after lesbian scenes with Patricia and/or Ellie, no this update isn't worth downloading. The Nathalie event is pretty hot though. Definitely an advancement for those on the lesbian path. Nathalie now is in the lead for getting Sophia wet.

Next event is on playable day 14, so the skip is more like 2 years.

Its basically an endless cocktease that keeps adding more and more characters as boring filler instead progressing the story.
And yes when a game on a hentai/porn sex games site is called "A Wife and a Mother" and even has incest as a tag it is perfectly reasonable to expect there to be some actual incest content before the character die of old age syndrom.

The Nathalie event was a huge step forward for those on the lesbian route, not backwards at all. And while it's only Frenching, Ellie and Sophia kissing is certainly worth the incest tag.
