several times I have been disappointed by some events brought to the point of being then cut short by L&P.
like the sauna event with vicky: -Sophia goes back to the sauna, sees them and the event ends with 1 render and 3 lines of dialogue?
the hydromassage event with sam: - a nips could not be exposed? couldn't sam put his hand under the bikini?
it was enough to go a little further without getting into porn, and it was perfect.
the same goes for the concert with sam, a flash boobs could not be done?
and so on.
after unveiling the latest teaser, everyone here got a kick out of predictions:

L&P has this strength / defect

That's a key part of L&P's skill-set & he's been using it for years. That & the quality of the artwork keep us coming back. Don't get me wrong, the slow burn was one of the aspects of AWAM I really appreciated & still do. It's crucial in setting AWAM apart from the run-of-the-mill games out there. That there's a problem with how long it's taking at its' current rate we're all aware of, yet we're still here, knowing that at the very least there will be great renders for an intriguing story.
IMO, after all this time, there's now a fine line between the slow burn VN & constant blue-balling. Many perceive it as having been crossed already, hence the accusations of milking. I'm just about straddling that line, (could be painful) & think it's time some serious action was delivered. That doesn't mean orgies with Dylan & Sam, gangbangs in school or even full sexual intercourse with anybody, (at this point) but it really does need to start moving along. There have been indications of this & hopefully things will only accelerate further.

Looks like a smaller update, I remember L&P was planning smaller updates, good to see Aiden task followed up but sad to see Morello is back, good that it optional but optional always ties into other things and you really need to do it.
I understand where you're coming from & there's sound logic to what you say but I'll be disappointed if there's not more than this. This is especially the case because we're going to have to wait 2+ years before the next task, at the current pace.
I wish for bigger thrills from my fiction, particularly AWAM, than I used to receive in RL at 14 years old. [We early teens didn't have much cash but fashion still had to be followed. Mini-skirts were the new sensation & the girls of my generation responded at dances & so on by turning the waistband of their school uniform skirts over. Serious question. Does anyone have a good explanation as to why AAA and indie games are normally in development for 3 to 5 years while these "games" seem to take around the same time or longer. I would think more work would go into an actual video game but I honestly have no clue.
