I don't think anyone disputes the quality here. 0.5 PD per year, that's what's really bad.

Everyone who thinks we are getting half a PD per year is delusional.
The last update for PD 12 got released on November the 20th 2021 and the next update will be part 5 out of 11 for PD 13.
A different way to view it is that he is 10 months into the development of PD 13 and he isn't even halfway there so around 20 months for PD 13 is far more realistic.
