My guess is next half hour since it is getting uploaded and it is gone from the download site and the update fuction in game does not work right now

No, especially in the case of a VN, a coder makes tools and propose solution to technical problems. But L&P "codes" scenes (which means mainly adding images/dialogs/music/sound/some effects).
do you have any examples of those tools/solutions that can come up for a specific update?
