Hehe. The only real issue I have is that there's no real reason for the Prison event if you're not doing Aiden's tasks, yet it's required (and only required) for the Ellie and Patricia paths.ok, that's because you know what you want in life !
I'm undecided, I can't choose, so I take everything by modifying the scripts to make a more 'kinetic' story and so far :

If it was me, I'd code Liam fucking up with his gambling addiction only if you accepted Aiden's tasks earlier that day. That way Sophia has the option of having sex with Liam on the morning of PD12 at work. I don't think I'd play it, but the option would be nice to have.

There are various permutations for the Filthy route though. Even if you want to play the most amount of scenes on the Filthy route, you still need to decide things like whether to play the 1st side job with the old geezers or the 2nd with the young boys. Or between the Alyssa scene, or the Ellie/Julia.
EDIT:
This playable day is particularly bad for it, since much of this playable day is mutually exclusive with other parts of it. For example the content with Aiden from this morning is mutually exclusive with the Dylan/Amber event.
And in the last update, the cafe scene is mutually exclusive with the sex ed lesson.
To play all the content you'd need at least two saves.
