I don't think L&P would publicly admit on Patreon that Sophia would get worked up over being naked in front of some young boys. As far as we know, the sex ed storyline isn't even in DoL.

Not really, this render is most probably from within the first ten renders. The renders in the two teasers before this were the 2nd and 3rd render of the scene.
