It is available under the Dylan/Ellie path. When you started the viagra event from Part I and continued with Ellie's computer fix and Dylan covering for Ellie/Christine with the smoking. The price is based on Euros. L&P changed from USD to Euros a couple of years ago. So if you convert Euros into USD, you get around 36 USD because of the exchange rate.
