However, he does not have to create a game engine, just render images and use a ready-made engine. His paying followers defend the bullshit too. With the budget, he could afford several people to render faster. The whole process could easily be speeded up. Without excuses.

The only goal here is to make much money for a long time period for a good private Lifestyle.

It's hilarious how people defend dev by terming the game as "erotica", "Slow burn", "realistic" etc. No wonder L&P is such a dick,afterall he has such massive balls on this forum to defend his view on his behalf. And wtf is this arguement that you've not paid for the game so you don't get to have an opinion. Patrons are supporting this game cuz they love it and genuinely want to support, many of us here can't or don't want to because of the pathetic developement, doesn't mean we don't love this game. It clearly has great potential but is being milked by dev then what's wrong with calling it out? Many of his patrons came from here so what's so wrong if people criticise him? Maybe he should take notes and try to do better.

Erotica & slow burn were amongst the attractions when I started playing this in 2018. They are rare in a 3D game context & therefore all the more welcome to those, like me, who began to get bored with senseless porn years ago. Much of it is just rubbish. It's not worth time, effort or cash.

Wishing for these elements to continue doesn't constitute a defence of the Dev & given the pace of development he's chosen, I'd suggest it's far from hilarious. As for realism, that was ditched years ago. There was no announcement but it just evaporated gradually like morning dew.

Even those defending the situation aren't necessarily pleased with how AWAM has continuously slowed down for several years.

Things will never change so long as there is a steady income stream on Patreon. Patrons rightly contend that without their support there would be no game to complain about. Presumably a majority are happy with AWAM being due to finish in the 2050s? If each event is to take 2 & 2 thirds of a month to complete, as planned for the next update, even the 2050s might be too optimistic.

Very easily. The game is of high quality, apart from the still missing content. With its quality, it convinced from the start, because quality is required.

I've been following this game since day one, same as "Being a Dik", which is about the same age. I've just been looking at many other titles for years, then keep checking back here sporadically, hoping that this is finally going to really get going. And many others do the same. Just wait and see what's going on here when the content finally really gets going. Overnight this game will have as many fans as "Being a Dik", maybe more. Assuming this time ever comes
