That's the 64,000-dollar question. The catch-up would have to be on par with what Sam got, per L&P's statement. But Sophia/Dylan's arc doesn't have a lead or build-up to catch up with Sophia/Sam's arc. They cracked the ice on PD 12 jogging event with a fabric butt touch, and now in a one, two-part, evening event, Dylan automatically catches up??? How? Unless it's a switch flip, which means no story/build-up, and it just happens.

It's supposed to be the evening events, and yes, he said it.

Since the evening of PD 15 seems to be reserved exclusively for the tête-à-tête between Liam and Sophia (and no alternative events seem to be planned at the moment) I would not know what else to think. Then, in theory, in every GW event there could be slight variations (perhaps for a few images or a few lines of script) that could make it consistent with other eventual game paths as well (e.g. to the Sophia on Sam's path, having sex with her husband, could be granted the option of recalling the feelings she experienced in the afternoon in her best friend's son's room to achieve orgasm with Liam for the first time and thus get a ton of Filthy Points). However, if I remember correctly, I don't think this simple ploy has ever been used by the developer to make scenes from one path count for another, so I think it will simply be an event on the Good Wife path.

The evening of PD15 is "reserved exclusively for the tête-à-tête between Liam and Sophia". Where is this information coming from?

Or Emma. But if you're on the Emma path, you won't be getting this Dylan event, so it wouldn't have been mentioned.

I felt like he should've kept the reason for their date to be cancelled a secret. Knowing that Liam will have his Boss over is a pretty reasonable excuse to cancel their date.

Indeed, there are a lot of aspects of AWAM and virtually every other title available here that do not seem "realistic" for any number of reasons. As we all know, though, life can be stranger than fiction and so I can usually suspend disbelief so long as there is consistency within the game universe. And I think so far that Sophia's interactions with Sam and many other characters are consistent with her character, insofar as we are in a porn game that is meant to slowly tease us with hotter and hotter taboo scenes.

If you really want to bash on a lack of realism in AWAM, though, Sophia's scenes with Sam are the least of it. The idea that a well-mannered professional educator like Sophia would do this:

is absurd, yet if one hunts through news reports from around the world, one can find examples of just about everything we've seen in this game and worse (or better, depending on your point of view).

Don't get me wrong. I know my rant seemed like a bash on the Dev, but it really wasn't. I'm sure he's also trying to please patreons and milk them. My ire was more directed at those demanding/expecting realism in a game that's mostly unrealistic or expecting Sophia's direction to only go in one direction.
The one bit of realism that is in the game is that Sophia's character is complicated and swayed by personal urges, manipulation and emotional states. She's not the angel some guys are trying to make her out to be by putting her on a pedestal. She has flaws and desires.

DEpends what routes you take. Good wife makes her almost an angel. WShe would not have undressed with same or go further etc. The game litterally stops you there.

There wont be any Dylan and Sophia in updates 9 and 10. Update 9 is the bonus storyline, and Update 10 is Dylan/Emma + others (like the GW date at the restaurant).

It's year 2 of Dylan Day, but that doesn't mean Sophia will be anywhere to be seen

All Evening events will be with Sophia and Dylan. Also the whole Afternoon on Saturday. I do not count alternatives in this. The big ones are all with Sophia and Dylan.

Really I think the slow burn would be more tolerable if wasn't also coupled with a slow work pace. The two combined leads to a lot of frustration and speculation.

- He is her son and she wants to help him become a real gentleman
- They'll drink a bit more than normal
- He will caress her face & kiss her cheek
- The kiss will progress but at some point Sophia will remind him they are in a public place
- They'll go home and Sophia will realise that Liam is drunk and asleep
- She'll go to Dylan's room & thank him for the amazing evening they had together
- They will kiss each other
- Their kiss will become hotter & hotter
- They will take off their clothes
- Dylan will caress her boobs
- He'll try to go further down
- Liam will wake up and go to pee
- The noise will make Sophia stop all this
- End of part II of the event
- Dylan fans enjoy Ellie, Emma & Christine or
- Wait 15 months until the next S/D event in PD14...
