Most likely after this update, there will be one more for this year, and than he will start releasing a single update per year, like most of the developers in late stages in their games. There will be no sex scenes for sure, that is the main reason why his game is so popular, because with every updates the hopes in the people remain and they are keep coming back. I bet at the moment he decided to end this game, he will just release one update with sex scene and that will be.
