- FIRST 10 DAYS CHOOSE EVERYTHING AFTER THAT YOU STILL HAVE OPTION TO DECLINE IN FUTURE (just let the paths be opened for sometime)

I get it. I‘m also not into extortion/blackmailing. But i‘m sure L&P finds a solution to get rid of Aiden ... sooner or later without loosing important filthy points. And maybe Sophia finds something positives in her situation

I don't think he can "proceed" really because the damage has been done, and unless he actually reworks early portions in the game then its already broken too much to fix with future updates. The only way I can see anything working is if he has a separate path for Patricia and Ellie later in the game based on Lesbian Temptation or something so that Sophia finds a completely different way to essentially start relationships with them, but even that means missed out content. And I doubt that's going to happen.
Filthy points isn't really a problem in concept, it's just executed poorly. Consequences that should be related to choices are dependent on Filthy points instead too often, and that's kind of the overall problem. But is there any point in expecting L&P to rework early sections of the game to fix this? Because A) That will break everybody's save, B) it will delay an already slowly developing game further, and C) L&P simply won't do it.
The overall question as to how I would do it is to simply make sure you don't need requirements to go down one path that can only be got in another. For example, I wouldn't gate lesbian content behind having to have straight interactions, and/or I wouldn't set requirements that need every single point that it's possible to get to the point where it snowballs out of reach quickly if you miss a single one. I would make more consequences and options based on choices and less on points.

no idea how you see it, i know sophia is a protagonist, but for me personally ellie and patricia are getting more and more sympathetic, ellie is really cute as a young lady, but patricia is fucking shit hot !!!

2 years and so little scenes.... should focus more on it than most of this useless dialogues, there's way to much
I really like those dialogues, that's one of the reasons why this game is so special... In fact, in his patreon page, the dev got the opposite advise regarding dialogues in this update, so it's not only me..

More often than not these Dialogues you speak of create and enhance the Characters, fleshing them out so to speak. It's just a pity some of this hasn't been applied properly elsewhere, like say to Liam. Aiden, for example, is a complete Jack in the Box character that jumped out of nowhere on us with his "Super Lawyer" Uncle background. If Sophia is his Teacher, she seems to know little about him up until he's got Dylan right in his Crosshairs, yet in contrast we found out plenty about Madonna and 1980's Pop/Rock etc. which really gave great insight to Sophia's Childhood with Patricia and makes both Characters even more real and believable to many and probably why his numbers are still going up not down, despite the slow down in releases.

The answer is realy simple.
Game with Patricia will mean that he can't delay the sex more than 1-2 updates.
And the game for sure will be not corruption at all.
