Here is my analysis of this particular update. As per usual for this story, little progress is made at times when great progress could be made on sexual fronts. Here are some examples of where it could have gotten more sexual.

1. Until this game does what it was done for you will continue to read nagging, critique and comparison with other games. That can't be avoided.
2. Im no expert on dicks. But most ppl didnt have a problem with the shit dick.
3. Animations where not perfect but not everyone can have Milfy City`s perfect animators.
4. I was patient for over a year. Patients is gone when after a year nothing happens.
5. There is no story. There is a side story following a side story meeting a side story that adresses the next side story. There is no main story other then her marriage being lonely and her joke of a husband doing basically nothing but working and gambling. There is no red line you can follow other then multiple side stories that actually wanna convince you to either choose to be a good wife or a filthy wife.
You could do all that without those side stories which would progress the Events of an actual Sex VN way faster and would also save hundreds if not thousands of useless renders.
And for the sex scenes we got 2 years and literally 0 is happening. As i dont count husband sex as actual content.
6. Your english is fine enough for me and alot of other ppl to understand so no worries.

Finally someone who gets it. The potential is huge but we jump from side Event to Side Event and Teasing to teasing with alot of potential thrown out the window in every scene. But in a year or 2 when this game actually has content i guarantee some ppl will ask how to get their as they skip through 50.000 renders of useless dialouge. This game is to big for its own good.

Yeah, that's not true... If you don't have any genetic diseases in your family, the change is very small that your child gets any diseas or deformation. If you do have genetic diseases in your family, the change of your child being sick, will double. If you do this two generations in a row, the change is four times as big, etc. Incest does not always mean that the child will be unhealthy or deformed. In contrary, if the family is healthy, the child will even have a slighter change of decease and deformation.
