This is definitely not a game where you get instant gratification if you want sex and the MC fucking everyone. That might happen later in the course of the story but not now. The game is going for a realistic real world approach (or as real world it can get, some lines need to be blurred) that is why it is building stuff up slowly.
You might as well play the countless games that are on this forum if you are looking for sex and instant gratification. Stuff like Lily of the Valley, Anna Exciting Affection, Life with Mary, JOHN, Haley's Story, Twist, Where the heart is etc etc are all good (and better than average) games filled with sex that can sate your needs.
AWAM is an adult visual novel and initially I was also left unsatisfied with this game, but lately I have made peace with the fact that its main qualities lie in the slow buildup and tease.
The only gripe I have is that the gap between updates are too big. This one had 77 days. So I forget about this game and go on with life, and when the update drops, I play it and forget it again and the cycle repeats. Constantly obsessing about it wont do any good.

Ok you clearly don't understand.
Visual Novel: Telling a story through visual method. This is a adult visual novel which means there is erotic content in it(which there is) but it's not really the focus. The focus is in the story. The sex so far has been meaningful and quite nicely built up. Not perfect by any means but a step above most games.
Sex Game: You have sex, story is secondary to the sex. JOHN is a nice example of a good sex game or Milfy City. Nice sex scenes but not much in terms of story and that's fine since that's what it is going for.
Two very different types of styles and I don't blame people if they don't find it to their liking. But I don't go to Milfy City and ask for a story since it's doing a different thing. Same with AWAM, don't have to like it but should respect that.
Those are tags that these forums have to show what this game will have or has already. So ?

I know not a single hentai game with less sex then this VN and i played my fair share of hentai games. And a VN that is 2 years in the making should have plenty of sexual content. And since you compared it to a hentai game. In a Hentai game you basically fuck every female character you encounter or at least get the option to do so.

The explanation what a Visual Novel is was already posted.
The Focus of a VN is sexual or erotic content WITHIN a Story.
If the story is the main focus its not a VN but simply a story driven game.
And Sex Games would be like 3D SexVilla with zero Story and only fucking in different positions.
And Milfy City has a story. I didnt say it has an excellent story but it has a story non the less with actual sexual content and this game has nothing after 2 years so you either have to accept that the critique will continue as long as actual content will drop or ignore the thread.
You will not accomplish that ppl won't adress the issues this game has.

But again, the goalposts keeps getting moved everytime the dev does a update that adds in the previous goalpost.
I'm just gonna wait for the "well there is no threesomes so there is no sexual content in this game" since that's where people are heading at this point.

A small choice 2 updates back sets another path in a new update.
Playing naturally without a walkthrough seems impossible.
Why even offer "interactive conversation" if you're just going to follow a walkthrough?
Put the choice at the start of the game like "follow x y or z path" and just roll with it start to finish.

It is a visual sex novel, you are on a page of sex games, this is not a romance page, a visual novel is centered on a story which can be romance or adventure etc, in this case it is sex and eroticism, is like buying a romance novel and that after two years the main protagonists do not even look into each other's eyes, If I play romance I see romance if I play a visual novel eroge I see eroge, I dont know any visual novel eroge that doesnt have those scenes because if it were the case we would not be talking about and eroge and in that case this game should be on a page of romance novel not on a page that is dedicated to sexual material in many cases fetish
