This is a solo project and also his first try at developing his own ambitious, realistic, detail-oriented, quality-focused adult game.Maybe he set himself a target too high for a solo project and the steep learning curve he is now on.
He is trying to give people a very good slow burning game and the majority of his patrons seem ok with the full/halve update dilemma.
He is trying people between his work,family and personal stuff and this game he has a lot going on.
In the end it will be his patrons who will decide when/if they show their displeasure in slow updates

update can very well come before new year.... he could pick up speed, a lot of time is there till new year.
with gap of close to 4 months creating and rendering is like 95 % of work, meaning he last to jobs would still take around 9-10 days only
