After thinking about this some more, I wonder if it could be Alyssa Price.
My guess is a male student from school. Working at a tanning salon is definitely a high school level type of job. While a job probably more geared towards girls, I could see a boy working there. Especially if family owned or something along those lines.

Joking aside, I think it's Jennifer (Aiden's girlfriend) for a further twist in the plot and a rise in Lesbian Temptations points.
I may have been drunk or dreaming, but I thought I saw a picture of Sophia kissing Alyssa's neck. I went back to look for it but I couldn't find it. So, I think you may be right on this one. Alyssa it is!
