Nothing wrong with the plot progress goes slow and steady. However, less teasing and more sexual stuff would be nice, which is also the weakest point of the game. Putting MC's concerned that her husband will find out about her affairs at some point in the game is okay. It is actually good because it makes the character feel more natural. However, putting too much moral thoughts bullshit in the game just doesn't make sense at all. Like what the hell? MC already had some depravity thoughts about her children and other men, so why more unnecessary moral thoughts? If the players want her to go with the lesbian path, then fuck yes, she should feel attracted to other women. If the players wish to her to fuck other men and embrace her inner slut, then fuck yes, she should fuck other men. The game will be better with less the "oh shit, this is so wrong, I'm not a slut/ or I'm not a lesbian" bullshit.

The animation in this game is okay, and some scene is a little bit stiff but still enjoyable.

It will be great to see MC have sexual intercourse with other characters and progress her relationship with whoever the players choose. Of course, this is just my taste, but I would love to see more of MC's lesbian path. The interaction between MC and her daughter is so sweet (lesbian incest is the best incest). Overall, I love the game. It has so much potential. I hope there will be some major changes to the weak point that I stated above in the near future.

Really a beautiful game with excellent renders and characters. The progression of corruption is pretty much perfect, and story is excellent. As a hater of VNs, I have to admit I do get a little bored, but this is the best VN I've ever played. I would love to see this game as a sandbox, and 100% with a function showing all the possible trees, I've got very lost and frustrated trying to work through all branches, even with the cheat mod!

Good premise, but ultimately disappointing.

The main character, Sophia Parker, could have been great, and she has a lot of potential as a character. However, while the story starts off strong by focusing on character development with minimal sexual content, it quickly loses its way. The slow burn that initially seemed promising is undermined by the constant need for erotic scenes, which is now expected in every chapter. It's frustrating because the build-up was compelling, but it now feels like every scene has to include something sexual just to keep people interested.

The problem is that there are too many routes, which stretches the story thin. A slow burn doesn’t need so many choices, or else it risks losing its impact before it even really starts to develop. The plot feels rushed now, and the character development is stunted because there’s so much focus on branching paths.

That said, the game is still fine if you ignore all the routes and focus on one character per save. Trying to follow every route at once completely breaks the immersion and detracts from the emotional investment in any of the characters. It would have been better with fewer routes but more meaningful content—deeper storylines and more substantial interactions. Now it feels like the game is just a series of generic, erotic scenes with a mediocre plot that doesn’t live up to its early potential. At this point, AWAM risks turning into another forgettable game that sacrifices substance for the sake of keeping players hooked with cheap thrills.

This is one of great VNs with excellent 3D arts and credible/sensual stories which would give you another level of sexual experience.

Yes, it is a simple VN without asking you multiple mouse clicks to watch the next scene. It does not have any serious animations so far. But its most game renders are close to "art" and its story with various fetishes and sexual preference is beginning to be sexual with recent updates after long slow-burning of last three years. You can even choose story paths you want among many different routes. Lastly you may not see MC wearing cum and reaching her orgasm in every update but you can experience stories of the process to that climax in every release. That's enough for me to stick around with the game, especially when it is close to an update release.

If you want a series of sex scenes with every person in any place, this VN may not be good for you. But I can tell it will be worth your time, if you appreciate classy sensual stories with beautiful 3D arts.

Hmm played this and currently only on day 3 but so far what can i say? Well the mother is a complete dimwit, it looks like she has been living under a rock all her life.

She understands absolutely nothing, treats the kids like they are 3 yrs old as if they do not know anything.

Says things like why did he touch my behind was it intentional? Of course it was you dumb woman they are teenage boys who think with their dicks from the moment the wake up and until the sleep and then they dream of using their dick in their sleep.

For gods sake its a surprise she has kids she is so dumb, its annoying reading the storyline as its not beleiveable of how a mother would react with teenage kids.

I truly hope it gets better i have decided i am going to go full on dirty wife route and hopefully turn her from an unbeleivable naive woman to a full on wanton harlot that shags everything including teenage kids friends and anyone else she can shag, hopefully she will then start talking like a dirt whore instead of the virgin mary.

Would be better if things were spiced up, has lot of potential in the future. It's just unknown when that future will come, things are developing real slow here right now. Other than that, I like the renders and writing. Plot is fairly interesting for the porn game.

This game has by far the most attention to detail and high quality renders of what I have played so far.

The story is also extremely well done, the build up and tension is just perfect imo. Plenty of characters but none seems forced to fast or out of place.

Still no sex scenes aside from the husband last I played wich is probably an issue for some people but I honestly prefer this over alot of other games that jump in waaay too fast.

Can't wait for future updates

Almost nothing is happening and to mutch talk.
Characters are ok, its just talk and task most of the game, the more you play the more you want to quit, just what I did.
The story also not that engaging or entertaining, I do like the like mother or wife system just not good enough to keep me playing.

I played this a year or two ago and then recently saw a fan banner so I went looking for it again; having not remembereded I had played some of it and wasn't that into it back then so I never bothered to keep my saved game or anything.

-- A visual novel with a very, very slow burn tease. We don't get any actual nudity or sex until day 14...if you picked the correct route. Even then, it's a minor character having sex (no control over decisions) and not the MC.

+ I like how all the teen girls and MILF women look different. Nice renders for the most part.

+ The situations and decisions for the MC make sense.

> The corruption path makes sense, it is just soooo slow for a payoff. I'm at Day 17 or 18 (a good number of hours put into this because there is a LOT of text) and based on my decisions the best payoff so far has been one(1) lesbian french kiss scene. Sigh.

Review based on lesbian Patricia/Ellie route There will be spoilery bits so for those who dont want them .

TLR- Lesbian route with a focus on Ellie and Patricia is wonderful, worth the wait to get to the point where Sophia starts to come to terms with her feelings. Male characters are for the most part (at least in this route) portrayed as just the worst in every way. Even the most benign ones are at best clueless idiots (the husband) and at worst they are opportunistic sociopaths (Aiden and the teacher)

One note to the author. Id mention 2 small things that bugged me

1- *Ha Ha* i get the point of them, but the way they are written it comes off like the character is dramatically saying exactly that "Ha Ha!". Just my personal feeling, its your story

2- Less of Ellie and Sophia declaring "Im not a lesbian" while they have their tongues down girls throats or being gropped by the adorable baby lesbian. Inner voice it becomes a bit repetitive and feels like hedging your bets and not letting Sophia or Ellie commit to the lesbian route.. Outer voice it feels like it would be very demoralizing to Julia (or even to Ellie in the case of Sophia) to hear Ellie or Sophia declaring over and over that what they feel for her is somehow abnormal (even though pains are taken to reiterate that they have feelings for the women they are making out with)

On to the less TLR stuff

I play both straight and lgbtq routes when I feel the story fits. In this case the good wife/filthy wife straight routes held little interest to me as all of the male characters were just bland, boring or creepy (perspectives on the might change depending on the story choices I am sure).

I understand why people feel like this game takes a long time to get to the "action" especially on the lesbian route.

But I felt that the pay off so far has been worth the build up. There is a lot of good non sexual stuff in this game that makes me happy.

In particular the scene with Julia and Ellie kissing for the first time was perfect and made my heart happy for Julia when the love of her life was hit with the same realization that Julia had been living with for years. I think it was well done

Likewise the scene with Sophia and the girls, where Julia kissed her MILF fantasy woman for the first time was wonderful for similar reasons to above

Julia is a cute and sweet little baby lesbian who you cant help but want to protect from the world and keep her safe, I hope she is a part of the continuing Ellie/Sophia story. the girl deserve to find her happily ever after with the love of her life and her fantasy woman.

I also love the evolving relationship of Sophia and her sister, though Carl (think that was the brother in law's name) seems like he might be a spare tire in that relationship.

My main complaints is that some of the female romance options are stuck on what has been termed the "aiden" route (Alyssa for example) and ive zero interest in having anything to do with that route.

Hopefully the author will give us an option to recoonect with Alyssa and some of the women trapped on the Aiden route in future updates so that the lesbian route can end in a happy polyamorous paradise after the son and husband are kicked out and Carl decides he is gay and leaves )Patricia the yacht and mansion for the girls.

It's difficult and sad to describe how this game, that I once considered amongst the top 3 I have played, has descended to the level where I do not want to be bothered with the future status of the game or the dev any more.

Story

The game upto v0.130 is something I would classify only as an erotica and not a full blown porn or h game. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, since it acts as a USP for the game where there is literally a slow and gradual corruption of characters' morality. The research by dev on music and art for the story so far, shows his dedication to the project.

What I do find disappointing is how the story has progressed. Upto now, the dev has introduced about a dozen encounters and what seemed like the beginning of interesting arcs but has, over the time, simply forgotten half of them. Further, there was a sudden jump in the corruption between the end of v0.115 and the first event of v0.130. It's really wierd to see the transition from "I wonder if I should show my underwear to the Don's brother so we can keep our home" to "oh a guy I just met has got his dick against my back, is groping me forcibly in front of some other people, but I guess it's for art so ok (no choice to lash out)".

Art

It's good for most parts, except some renders where the MC suddenly looks like ... well a 45-50 woman with a fk ton of Botox and semi-botched plastic surgeries. I understand that she's supposed to be older than the potential partners but the sudden transition from "ooh I'd tap that" to "ugh skip" feels like a moment of post nut clarity (without actually nutting)

Burn rate

The game development is in progress but at a terrible speed. I would blame the story going out of control for this. Even while the dev has been mocked repeatedly over his speed, he chooses to introduce new characters which don't bring variation to the types of relationships, but only add more branches, and hence more renders. At the current rate the game will likely go on for 10+ more years, so not for someone who can't commit long term.

In conclusion, the story has become dreadfully slow, the fanbase has become extremely polarised, the dev doesn't give a fk about criticism because "f95 users are leeches anyway" and in all likelihood the game will get abandoned before completion.

This is basically an erotic visual novel with a TON of text and teasing at its current stage. I love that you are allowed to corrupt Sophie and it's fairly believable given the situation she's in, but so far, slow burn does not even begin to describe it.

Positives:
+ Sophia is a likable MC
+ Compelling story
+ Quality renders with time and care put into them

Negatives:
- The more corrupt you want Sophia to be, the more blue-balled you get. I totally get that they don't want to have her go to slut city immediately, but there are HOURS of content with practically no payoff...
- There is a lot of text to the point of wondering if much of it is relevant at all to anything
- No gallery mode
- Infrequent updates

I've just finished playing this latest release, and I'd honestly give this 6 stars if I could. The characters are all gorgeous, beautifully dressed and rendered. The athletic physiques of the girls are right to my taste. The artwork is sensational. The relationships are progressing on all fronts.
The occasional animations are all smooth and well done.

I couldn't believe this game only had a 3.5 star average, so I took a look at the reviews. The negative reviews mostly object to the slow progress of the MC's corruption and the lack of real sex. If that's a deal-breaker for you, then fair enough. Myself, I find the content that is already there pretty damn sexy, and I enjoy the MC's struggle with her morals.

Another reviewer mentioned the lack of a gallery feature in the game, and I must agree. The different routes make it hard to know if you've seen all the content, and a gallery to keep track of that would be useful.

Also, I find the blackmail thread a little clumsy - during this playthrough I found that the blackmailer's demands on MC's time were too harsh(*), and told him to fuck off. The penalty of doing this is missing a ton of game content and probably also a bunch of corruption points.

(* the point where Sophia was expected to leave her friends during the wedding dress try-on, to fulfill a perverted task.)

A Wife and a Mother (ver 0.130) has good points in important things like realism, a story that can be believed, characters that have something more than sex on their mind and so on. All this is good. The problem is that the story advances way too slowly, bogged down with tons of scenes that are just daily things that don't add much to the story, like seeing the MC do chores at house and so on. Such a slow burn could be worth it if the interesting moments were really interesting, but in this case I didn't find them to be so.

Game renders have a very high quality, like the character models, but I didn't see any animations. Sound is decent, but it often has you hearing the sound with a black screen for scenes where there is no render or animation (like opening a door).

So, all and all, if you want a slow, common-life story, this may be for you. If you want something more interesting or faster, then it probably is not.

One of the worst games i ever played. It has potential but dev just ruined it there are so much teasing in the end it leads to nothing. If you are fan of teasing just play it if not stay away from this game. Wish i could give it a minus five stars.

I like this game. A lot of the haters are honestly pathetic. They come in this page everyday just to shit on it. If you don't like the game then don't play it, there are plenty of other games on this site. Unlike some people I am patient. The game brings a new experience, has amazing visuals, characters except Bennett because he's very good at being a villain, lighting & shadows, and story. LP is a very good with the suspence. People complain about the how long it takes for a new update, but it's nothing to me. I've been waiting for almost a decade for ES6. LP gets too much hate, I dunno how he handles it, so I praise him. I would advise LP to follow his script and keep going.

If you enjoy a slow buildup (and I certainly do), this VN will blow your socks off. Sophia is one of the greatest erotic characters of any AVN, in my view. She's smart and hot and generally well written. The situations the VN puts her in are exhilarating. I especially love many of the lesbian flirting and teasing scenes.

The artwork is beautiful. There aren't many animations, but when they appear they are done well. The women in this game are simply gorgeous. The writing is also quite strong, for the most part. Some of the scenarios are cliché, but they work, so long as you don't think on any of it too hard. For example, there are days when Sophia showers several times a day, just so we can have another shower scene. I'm not complaining (I love the shower scenes in the VN), but it does get a tad over the top.

The good wife/filthy wife options provide for a lot of variety, which makes the story replayable. I've only done a "filthy wife" play through and next want to do the "good wife" options.

I knock off one star for a few reasons: one, the latest update clearly hasn't been proofread or edited by a stronger speaker of English. Most of the VN was quite excellent, but then the last update descended into awkwardness and odd usage. Still comprehensible, but after 90% of the novel was so well done, in terms of language, the end was disappointing.

Two, as much as I love the slow burn, I'd like to see a bit more escalation on the filthy wife path. I realize that in the game only about 3 weeks have passed, but every time she faces a new "filthy" situation, her initial reaction is generally the same, regardless of how many "filthy wife" points or lesbian points we have. This is a relatively small complaint, though, as I suppose once the entire VN is finished, the pace will seem fine and when (assuming it's "when") various relationships finally culminate in real sex or some variation of it, the payoff will be mind-blowing because it's been so long in the making. Unfortunately, playing the game in small increments like this, the sexual frustration is almost too much to bear.

Not good at all. 3+ years in and still no sex other than 1 or 2 scenes with husband. WTF??? Sex with husband is also bad sex. Going as much "filthy" as possible nothing. Requires to be on the "good wife" path for lesbian content. WTF??? Also looks like it will be at least a 10 year project. Another year at least before anything good. A blueballing snoozefest with too much internal dialogue. Deserves 0 stars. Who cares how good the renders are if there's no good content? Worst. Game. Ever.
