I too have had similar thoughts concerning the Don Morello story-line. I was thinking that he would want Sophia to work for him as a hostess to look after the high-end rollers who have their own private tables to play in a separate part of the casino. That way she would generate money for him that she wouldn't if she was just to be an escort/companion.
